Stachanov — the name

Stachanov is named after Aleksei Grigorievich Stakhanov (1906–1977), a Ukrainian miner and Soviet 'Hero of Labour'.

In 1936, he and his crew set a record by extracting 102 tons of coal in one shift—fourteen times the standard quota.

We use his name with a wink—not out of nostalgia, but out of appreciation for his work ethic: roll up your sleeves, keep going, and be proud of good work.

You’ll find that attitude in our work.

We are a team of technical specialists driven by healthy curiosity. We think carefully, build deliberately, and keep learning.

What defines us: commitment.

To our projects, to our clients, and to results. We do what we promise—as a team and as individuals.
